Just to let you know we arrived back home safely yesterday. We had such a wonderful holiday, the villa was just perfect. When we walked in it was just so clean, the best we’ve been too. Everything was just perfect and all the extra little touches, such as pictures, books etc made it feel like home. We took our own teapot and tea cosy over this year as there is not usually one in any of the villas we have been to and when we got there you already had a teapot that’s great. We left ours there anyway as we didn’t have room in our suitcases to bring it back. Excellent in every way, Villa was very clean and just like being at home, the management and property management are friendly, very helpful and will be coming back again. Thanks.

My family and I have just returned from The Sunshine State. It was one of the best visits I have enjoyed to Florida. I give a lot of credit to this experience to the home we rented in Orlando. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Even the pics we viewed on line did not do it justice. It was meticulous, beautifully decorated, spacious yet we felt at home there. Everything was as you stated, the house was spotless,and my kids had a blast in the pool. We are a military family and getting away is hard, thank you so much for making my husbands first family vacation since he returned from Iraq memorable. I made me feel good when he gave me a hug and said 'good job' on picking the house. I will of course be recommending your houses to all the families here on Fort Stewart, and the Daisleys will be back!!!!

This home was awesome. Another home I had reserved for months fell through with less than a week to till I was having 4 families planning on a family reunion at Disney. This home comfortably held the 10 adults and an infant with room to spare. The pool and spa were crystal clear too.
If you are looking for a comfortable home close to everything, this home is close, but not too close to where you have traffic noise.

The home was lovely and really worked well for our family. The managers, Colin and staff, were helpful and responsive.

The house was a perfect fit for our needs. We had two familys of 2 adults and 2 children each. We all had our own rooms and beds. The pool was great also. If we needed anything the supermarket and other stores were only about 1/2 mile away. It was nice to come home to a nice quiet house and pool just for us that we didn't have to share with 1,000 other people like we would have if we had to stay at a hotel. The house was very spacious also so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I will be recommending it to my friends and family.

We were pleased that the floors were tiles and wood - so much cleaner than carpet. We appreciated the privacy hedge around the pool. We got home on Friday night after a wonderful month at your home. It could not have been a more perfect place for our family. Everyone had their own space, especially the 3 grandkids. They loved the games room, the little girls cranked their Hannah Montana music, all 3 played games and watched movies in there and their bedroom at night. No matter where we went during the day (6 parks in 6 days) they loved coming home to the pool. They "rescued" a gecko the first morning, made it a home in the garden area just outside the livingroom patio and nursed it back to health!!! We promised them we would give it to your neighbour to look after when we left so we put it under the fence. Lionel we didn't find your snake but we saved an aligator," Miss Ali Gator" is her name and we gave her a home in your pool. Careful, never know what she might nibble on!!!! (blow up pool toy). Loved the home, location unbelievably central to absolutely everything. Even when there was just 2 of us, your home is set up so you don't even know the back bedrooms are even there. We enjoyed every day there.

He was so kind to let us stay for the two days at no charge as we had already had lost two days that was already paid for. Thank you for your kindness and for the use of your beautiful villa. I warmly recommend this villa to everyone especially to big families who are planning to do reunion or just to bring the family together. The house is very big so everyone had his own space. When we saw the pictures of the house on the internet we were satisfied but when we got there we were overjoyed!! The children, (mine and my sibling's) were just running around screaming with joy and excitement!! Even the adults were in a kind of euphoria. The pool was of course the biggest hit!! But the playroom was never ignored either. I should never forget to give compliments to the master bedroom. I loved the soft, very good quality bed sheets they used in this room. It felt like I was sleeping on my own bed. I enjoyed my evening baths too in the spacious corner tub in the master bathroom. We had everything we needed. Grocery stores are just max 5 minutes away. The parks are so near you could even watch the fireworks by the pool area. Orlando Premium outlet is also near (22 min). Once again, thank you Geoffrey for letting us stay in your nice villa. I will definitely choose this home again on my next stay in Florida.!

My brother who is in the film business in Calgary is not one who easily unwinds and relaxes… but without fail every morning you could find him belly up in the pool. It is so wonderfully laid out that you never feel crowded or invasive of your other "roommates". It is beautifully decorated and all of the amenities you could want or need are available. The games room was a big hit and it would be wonderful for families…or big kids like my husband and brother! Everything you need is close by to the home which is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very peaceful at night. There was so much space that we hardly felt like we were all in the same house when we needed space, but so much nice room to spend time together by the pool, in the kitchen, living room. The bedrooms were huge. Three of them were inside the home, but the fourth bedroom was almost like it was detached. It was out off the side of the pool, so private. 10 minutes to disney, shopping area only minutes away, but yet it's out on such a nice side road that you feel like you're a million miles from anywhere!

Keystone Villa was the perfect place to come home to after our days at the parks. The pool is huge. If you're traveling during the time frame that we did (the month of October) definitely get it heated. We didn't at first and nearly froze, but after day one, called and got it heated and it was perfect. We almost didn't want to go eat in restaurants on vacation because it was so relaxing to come back and barbecue and eat by the pool.

The property management team was amazing. Any issues we had, just minor stuff like a glitch in the wifi and getting the pool heated, they were there right away. Marc and Dora were great to deal with when it came to booking, payments, and everything else. We actually almost cried when we left the house because we loved our stay there so much. It's the perfect villa. We'll definitely be back.

In summary, Keystone Villa is amazing. Stay here, every chance you get, bring your friends, it's just amazing. Every bedroom has a patio door to the pool, there's a barbecue there, the pool area is amazing. It's a missed opportunity if you don't experience it. We'll be back on our next trip to Florida. Families, kids, seniors, young couples, anyone! It's suitable for anyone and everyone!!! We can't wait to return!!

I thought the girls were going to groan over the Disney decorations in the bedrooms. - The house is quite big with lots of rooms and (good) beds - plenty of space for our family (7 people).
- The house is fully equipped with good kitchen facilities and washing machine, etc.
- The house is very clean, neat and tidy - so is the pool area.
- The house is situated very close to the Solana Club House (2 minute walk) where you have access to fitness machines,etc.
We wouldn't hesitate giving this house our best recommendations. Next time we are going to Orlando we will definitely stay in this house.

This Solana home was everything we expected and More! The communication with the Solana folks was excellent and our deposit was returned in just a couple of days after arriving home. The home and pool was a welcome sight after our long days at Disney, Busch Gardens, Seaworld, and Universal Studios. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The parks were all just a short drive and easily accessed from Solana Resort. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were just a short drive from the resort. We enjoyed the pool and game room in the evenings after we returned from the parks. The clubhouse is very well equipped and the staff was extremely friendly. We wouldn't change a thing about our stay at this home. Can't wait to go back.....

We stayed at Sunset Palms in March of 2015. We had stayed at a previous SunKissVilla (Disney Breezes) and were VERY impressed, but this stay at Sunset Palms was far less impressive. You can tell this family doesn't take as much care of their house as the family who owned Disney Breezes. While Sunset Palms was very cheap, it needed a deep cleaning, new linens, new kitchen items, new towels, etc.-items were stained, dingy, broken and even the bedding and towels had holes and stains in them. The location was great and we loved having a pool, although we wish it would have offered pool heat. No internet was also a bummer, even though we were aware of it (and the "no pool heat") prior to reserving-thus the cheaper rate. We would have gladly paid more to be able to have these services and to have a clean home with updated bedding and towels, etc. We do plan on staying at a SunKissVilla in the future but will probably not chose Sunset Palms.

SunKiss Villas Response: Thanks so much for your feedback. Sunset Palms was an “Economy Level” vacation home and along with the limited amenities, was disclosed before the reservation was made, which you mentioned you were aware of. Peak Period dates, such as those in March are booked out well in advance with the nicest homes being reserved first. SunKiss Villas, in an effort to help out a returning guest, who may have waited too long to reserve, offered Sunset Palms as a last option. Also as you mentioned, the rate offered was very cheap because of the level of this home and lack of amenities. SunKiss Villas maintains minimum quality standards for the homes in our inventory and is committed to providing a great experience for our guests. Sunset Palms did not meet those standards and has since been removed from our rental program. We appreciate this guest feedback and feel that it was an accurate description of Sunset Palms, but not representative of the “Norm” for our homes. We look forward to having you stay with us again and be sure to book early, especially for peak dates.

It was not only CLEAN and spacious, but comfortable, and inviting. It was well-equipped with all we needed to make this a great home-base. It was so nice not to have to dine out for every meal and feel we could come "home" at the end of a long day at the parks. A bonus for our 3 boys was the game room with both pool and ping-pong tables. The location was great- 15 minutes to Disney, minutes from several grocery stores, Target, and restaurants. This house, as well as the 2nd were completely amazing!!! As great as they were, they pales to the greatness of Mark & Dora Douglas and Colin Redding of Sun Kiss Villa Rentals. I have planned and saved for 3 yrs to give a Disney trip to my grown children and grandchildren. Just 2 days before our trip which happened to be spring break, our rental home flooded. Words can not begin to express the gratitude and appreciation to these 3 for literally juggling everything to accommodate us. They showed compassion and a heartfelt concern to make our dream trip a reality.I know this was at a great expense to them however never once was that shown or mentioned to us. Colin even personally came to the home to fix our wifi. I can only hope that I can pay forward this feeling.

This was our first big vacation with just us as a family and once again, your home made a huge difference in our experience. For our two teen-age boys, I think having their own room was a big highlight of their vacation! At our home, all three boys share the same room. Our 10 year old son loved playing pool with his dad and having all the family together at one time in the pool. The cable TV was excellent so many channels! Not that we had time to watch much apart from some of the World Series. We would get home totally exhausted after each days activities and it was nice to be able to relax in a comfortable home. The directions were very good and we found our way with no hiccups. Thanks for the supermarket details we found the new Walmart, which opened while we were there. We had to buy a new suitcase to bring home the shopping! We were blessed with fantastic weather with only 2 small showers in the whole 2 weeks. Sadly its very cold and wet here at home now. Winter is coming fast. Still the memories will help us deal with it. Thanks for your help and prompt E-mails. You will be pleased to know that I am already recommending your web site & Villas to colleagues at work and friends.

Great Stay and everything as advertised! Solana is a very convenient , safe location. Quick access to all Disney parks, with times ranging from15-25 minutes. SeaWorld and Convention Center 30 minutes away and Legoland a very easy 25 minutes away. House was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, silverware and cookware. We had 2 families of 4 and had more space than we needed. Very open floor plan allowed kids to play in game room and pool, while adults were able to spend time nearby. We would recommend swim shoes for kids as hours of playing in concrete pool can lead to skinned toes. Management was easy to reach and communicate with, although we had minimal needs. With 2 families, this still seemed like a home away from home, with 2 master bedrooms. Thank you for a great stay as we will definitely look to rent again in the future.

Ever since, this is the subdivision we return to year after year. There simply is no better place to stay as far as location, safety, and accommodations. Having said that, we have vacationed in MANY of the homes within Highgate Park and Sandal Wood is one of the nicest we've stayed in. It is very tastefully decorated, spacious, and has a beautiful covered pool area in the backyard. It is both comfortable and inviting. If you are considering booking this home for your upcoming vacation, do so at my recommendation....you will not be disappointed!

Glenn was very professional and accommodating, and was extremely quick to act on a couple of minor issues following our arrival. He clearly has great pride of ownership in this property. The home is located in an attractive gated community and within 15 minutes of major tourist attractions should you wish to visit them. We had a response to our initial inquiry within the day, and a deposit secured the rental, upon receipt of the deposit we received a receipt including a full break down of payments, deposits and a final payment date. Upon final payment, we received an email about access to the property, directions from the airport, hints and tips about the area and attractions. It was easy to navigate from the airport and to and from the Disney parks, convenient to the local Publix and CVS pharmacy and other shops and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay at White Heron villa! It is very exceptional home to spend quality vacation. We arrived on the 27th of December 2014 and left on the 3rd of January 2015. The villa is extremely private, spacious, clean, and furnished neatly and tidily. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully equipped. The heated pool & Jacuzzi were amazing and spent hours swimming even when the weather was cold! Very close to shopping plaza as well as the highway. I would encourage the management to improve the grill condition, but other than that I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful time. We would definitely stay at White Heron in the future.

Perfect For Our Group - This villa was perfect for our large group of 10 family members. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The large 5 bedroom home provided personal space as well as a large den/kitchen for group space. The house was very clean and well maintained. The check in process was easy (after I discovered my email had placed my check in credentials in my spam folder). The resort is located in a nice area of town, extremely safe. There were many restaurants and shopping centers in the area, It was a quick and easy trip to the Disney area. We have been vacationing in the Orlando area for many years, this was the first time we had done it as a large extended family we would have required 5 hotel rooms a night to accommodate us. this home easily met our needs and at a fraction of the cost and was much more comfortable. We may never use a hotel again when in the area and will certainly return to this home.
