Welcome to our beautiful family villa situated in the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Community near Haines City, Orlando, Florida. Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club is a perfect place for a play and stay vacation the Course has recently been voted number 17 out of the top 50 Golf courses in America by Golf World Readers Choice. It is rated No 7 in Florida by Golf Digest awards from 1997 -2000. The villa is new to the rental market and has recently been luxuriously furnished to sleep 10 people in 1 King Beds, 2 Queen Bed and 2 twin bedded rooms. Two of the master bedrooms/bathrooms are on the ground floor and three of the other bedrooms/bathroom are on the upper floor. For families with small infants there is a travel cot and high chair and for extra family safety and peace of mind there is a removable safety fence surrounding the pool The fully equipped kitchen with range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave leads into the luxurious living area offering a cool haven for reading, relaxation after a hard day on the golf course or following visits to the many Orlando attractions. The villa on this beautiful residential security gated and guarded community is just 20 minutes from Disney and has easy road access to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and all other major attractions. There is free high speed internet connection, dish television and local telephone calls. A 42 inch flat screen television with DVD serves the living room area with comfortable seating for evening family gatherings. Other televisions are situated in the bedrooms for family pleasure. The large pool area leads from the lounge; kitchen and breakfast area is full enclosed and has sun loungers, table and seating for family BBQs. Enjoy a refreshing swim or relax in the glorious Florida weather with your favorite drink or book. The excellent games room is fully equipped with air hockey table, pool table and dart board for our guest with extra energy and we urge you to enjoy. Southern Dunes has many facilities and has a country club feel with a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's play area. The club house is within walking distance from the villa and has restaurant/bar and golf shop. The golf course has attractive rates and has golf schools and lessons from the resident professionals' Southern Dunes is tastefully landscaped and wooded with its own lake for those who wish to take walks or exercise. Southern Dunes is ideally situated within walking distance of many shops and restaurants there is also a 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercentre close by for all your shopping needs.
