†† We recommend pool heat from late September to early May. Even though Florida sunshine is warm, it is not enough to warm a pool for comfortable swimming. Our pool is South Facing but even this is not enough to warm the pool to a comfortable temperature. If you want the pool heated please click the "Check Box". We need to know this in advance because of the warm up period required. There is a 4 night minimum charge for pool heat.

• Check-In time is 4PM or later. For purposes of cleaning, etc., please plan to arrive no earlier than 4PM. Check-Out time is 10 AM or earlier. If you must check-In earlier or leave later please let us know when you make your reservation. We will try to accommodate your request. Late check-out may result in loss or reduction in the amount of your security deposit refund.
