We spent 2 FABULOUS weeks in the Disney Palms house with our 8 children and in laws. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. This was our first stop in our 7 week road trip in the USA and our first trip overseas, Mark & Dora were so helpful with any questions we had and the food hampers were a great start until we worked out where to shop. We were situated in a fantastic spot close to everything Disney World, Seaworld, Busch gardens and much much more. We look forward to staying there again in 2014 for our next adventure through the great USA. Thanks again.

The house was a perfect fit for our needs. We had two familys of 2 adults and 2 children each. We all had our own rooms and beds. The pool was great also. If we needed anything the supermarket and other stores were only about 1/2 mile away. It was nice to come home to a nice quiet house and pool just for us that we didn't have to share with 1,000 other people like we would have if we had to stay at a hotel. The house was very spacious also so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I will be recommending it to my friends and family.

We all had a wonderful time at your terrific house. It's a great location for getting to all of the area's attractions - that is if you can pull yourself away from the comforts of home including the pool, clubhouse and lake. We all will fondly remember our vacation for many, many years to come.

I think this was our favorite Florida trip from the last 9 years of renting homes on vacation. We go every year on vacation, but we had such a great time this year. Your home is beautiful, especially the living room with the cathedral ceilings. We spent most our time in the house in that room. I would definitely recommend it to my friends & family. Just to let you know we arrived back home safely yesterday. We had such a wonderful holiday, the villa was just perfect. When we walked in it was just so clean, the best we’ve been too. Everything was just perfect and all the extra little touches, such as pictures, books etc made it feel like home. We took our own teapot and tea cosy over this year as there is not usually one in any of the villas we have been to and when we got there you already had a teapot that’s great. We left ours there anyway as we didn’t have room in our suitcases to bring it back. Excellent in every way, Villa was very clean and just like being at home, the management and property management are friendly, very helpful and will be coming back again. Thanks.

This home was awesome. Another home I had reserved for months fell through with less than a week to till I was having 4 families planning on a family reunion at Disney. This home comfortably held the 10 adults and an infant with room to spare. The pool and spa were crystal clear too.
If you are looking for a comfortable home close to everything, this home is close, but not too close to where you have traffic noise.

This was our first big vacation with just us as a family and once again, your home made a huge difference in our experience. Our 10 year old son loved playing pool with his dad and having all the family together at one time in the pool. Our 7 year old daughter could not get enough of the pool...even at the theme parks she often remarked, "I just want to go home and swim." We have arrived back home after a fantastic Holiday. The Villa was very spacious and comfortable and the pool was great. We all had a great time and every thing went very smoothly. The cable TV was excellent so many channels! Not that we had time to watch much apart from some of the World Series. We would get home totally exhausted after each days activities and it was nice to be able to relax in a comfortable home. The directions were very good and we found our way with no hiccups. Thanks for the supermarket details we found the new Walmart, which opened while we were there. We had to buy a new suitcase to bring home the shopping! We were blessed with fantastic weather with only 2 small showers in the whole 2 weeks. Sadly its very cold and wet here at home now. Winter is coming fast. Still the memories will help us deal with it. Thanks for your help and prompt E-mails. You will be pleased to know that I am already recommending your web site & Villas to colleagues at work and friends.

House was large, airy, well-furnished. Everything was available and the kids were never bored. The pool was wonderful, well-heated and a wonderful end to busy days in the parks. Close proximity to the parks. Thanks so much, we had a great trip!!

We really enjoyed the house. It was so much better than being cramped up in two or three hotel rooms. Our whole family got to relax each night and wake up refreshed to go again. I was surprised to find that the kitchen had everything we needed, including huge pots and pans. I enjoyed being able to cook for my family each night. (which I love to do and besides- it saves money!) I have already recommended the home to two different families who have told me they are interested in visiting. Thanks again.

We had a great time and I think the house helped with relaxing more than a Hotel. Very convenient location, even for Universal. It felt clean and like home away from home. I thought the girls were going to groan over the Disney decorations in the bedrooms. Even though they were decorated for smaller children, our teenage daughter and her best girlfriend however seemed tickeled and particularly interested in which one they wanted. We also went to Canaveral, and that was a pleasant drive, so overall found it a great location.

We instantly felt at home the moment we arrived. Even though it was at maximum capacity with our party it was still extremely comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The location was ideal, a short drive from everything but far enough away for it to be peaceful and relaxing retreat also. I cannot state enough how much enough we enjoyed our fantastic value for money experience in your villa. We had a fantastic time, indeed the villa was one of the best parts of the holiday. It was just like coming home at the end of a hard day sightseeing, and we've already recommended you to a couple of groups of friends. Thank you very much.
