• Trip delay or interruption
• Baggage delay, theft or loss
• Roadside mishaps

You will need to purchase this travel insurance BEFORE your final balance has been paid. Other restrictions may apply.

Damage Protection Insurance

SunKiss Villas requires CSA Damage Protection for your reservation. CSA accidental damage insurance (also known as Security Deposit Protection) helps to protect you from charges to your security deposit for accidental damage. Although you take care not to damage anything during your stay, accidents happen, especially if you have children. This coverage can protect you for up to $3,000 in accidental damages. This coverage will save you a lot of headaches and make your vacation much more stress free.

It also makes our lives more strees free because we rarely have to tell a guest "sorry we have to charge them for damage...". Please be aware that there are restrictions that don't eliminate your responsibility to take care of the home. Please read the entire brochure for complete details.

Whether there is accidental damage or not we ask that you please complete the damage claim form and return to us by fax or email (children have a habbit of not telling their parents that they broke something and we discover it after you leave).
