SunKiss Villas Property Management Fees
SunKiss Villas Property Management Fees includes several things that are just part of normal operations. This includes things like Sales Tax and Tourist Development Tax Reporting, monthly owner statements, villa condition reports, guest care, 24 hour emergency contact, etc.
SunKiss Villas will also take professional pictures of your vacation home (for use in marketing and booking your home). Our pictures will have a SunKiss Villas water mark on them but if you would like us to take pictures for your own personal use we will do that for a fee (see below).
